Prepare the item reference before contacting anyone
- Exact album or catalog item URL
- Visible item code or another stable clue
- Color, size, material and quantity you mean
- The evidence already available
- The few missing answers that could change the decision
Do not send account credentials, payment details, identity documents or unrelated order records. This guide does not provide a contact service or transmit inquiries.
Build a six-line product brief
- Item
- Exact URL and visible code
- Option
- Color, size, material or version
- Quantity
- Number of units being discussed
- Destination context
- Country or region only when needed for a quote
- Questions
- Short numbered list of missing facts
- Reply date
- When the answer was received and from which channel
Ask for a price that has a usable basis
“How much?” often produces a number with no clear option, quantity, currency or included charges. Ask which item and option the price covers, the currency, quantity basis, whether domestic delivery or packing is included, and how long the quote is intended to remain valid.
A price reply is dated information from that channel. It does not prove stock, quality, delivery or buyer protection.
Separate option, evidence and logistics questions
| Question group | Example |
|---|---|
| Identity | Does your reply refer to code AB-14 at this exact URL? |
| Option | Which colors and sizes does the quoted price cover? |
| Measurement | Can you provide flat chest width and length in centimeters for size L? |
| Evidence | Are item-specific photos available for this option, and what do they show? |
| Logistics input | What are the packed weight and dimensions for the stated quantity? |
Use a focused initial message and one follow-up
Hello. I am checking item AB-14 at [exact URL], navy, size L, quantity 1. Please confirm: 1) whether the reply refers to that exact option, 2) the price currency and what it includes, 3) flat chest width and length in centimeters, and 4) whether item-specific photos are available. Thank you.
If the reply omits an answer, follow up with the missing numbered question only. Repeating the entire message can make it harder to see what changed.
Evaluate the reply as evidence
Fast replies are not automatically better evidence. Record the text, date, channel and unresolved contradictions.
Know when another message will not improve the record
Stop the exchange when the contact repeatedly changes the item, avoids the same material question, requests sensitive information or pushes payment before the product basis is clear. More messages can create activity without producing better evidence.
A clean stop note should state the unresolved field and the reason it matters. That lets you compare another source without carrying forward a guessed price, size or shipping assumption. Silence, vague replies and contradictions are valid outcomes to record.
Keep the reply beside the question

- Missing answers
- Fields still unknown

- Differences from the album or source page
- Status
- Complete, partial, contradictory or unusable

- One follow-up, compare elsewhere or stop
Use the buyer-safety guide before relying on contact or payment claims, and the shipping quote guide before comparing logistics totals.
